What Emails should I get from UKLRS?

We hate SPAM just as much as you do! We do not send out any junk mail, unsolicited emails or share your information with anyone else.

Upon submitting a search you will receive an order confirmation email that includes a copy of your purchase instructions and also a VAT receipt for your payment. While your search is being processed you may recieve status reports by email or requests for additional information from our search team. Once your search has been completed you will also be sent a notification report email with information about your documents and to let you know that they are ready for download.

UKLRS Lite users

As well as receiving an order confirmation email 'lite' users receive their requested documents directly by email. This is great for one off orders, however 'lite' orders are not accompanied by a report and they are not available in the MyAccount area.

Why am I not receiving any emails?

Most of the emails sent via our system are in plain text format, however some reports and emails are sent in HTML format. Almost all email programs support HTML with their default settings, but in some cases, if your email appears illegible, you may need to enable HTML support in your settings.

If you have Anti Spam software installed on your computer, or if your email server has any filters on it, you may need to add us to your safe list before you can receive your reports.
