Frequently Asked Questions

Downloading Documents and Files in MyAccount

Your MyAccount control panel is a central hub to help you keep track of and manage your Land Registry Title Deeds, Environmental Searches, Information Guides and other UKLRS reports and documents. Once you have ordered title deeds or reports from us and your order has been completed, your documents will be available to view, print and download as often as you like from your personal storage folder.

MyAccount Home

To access your control panel, you must be registered with us and be signed in. Registration is free for both private and business users. Your MyAccount control panel notifies you of how many documents you have waiting in your folder.

As soon as your documents are ready they are placed in your personal download folder. You will be sent an automated email when your final report is generated, however as some internet service providers do not forward all automated emails, we recommend that you check your MyAccount section regularly for any status updates.

Downlaod Documents

Our documents are provided in Portable Document Format (PDF). PDF is the global standard for electronic document sharing.

Most up to date computer operating systems natively support PDF files and there are many programs available that support PDF, but we recommend using Adobe Reader® which is available for free.

Digital Reports

Our standard reports are no longer provided in PDF format, but improve efficiency, are now generated by the system when you view them within the MyAccount section. They are listed on the Download Files page below any avaliable PDF files, but can also be accessed on their own by clicking the recently added Reports tab in the MyAccount menu bar.

Reports can also be printed by clicing the printer icon in the Features colum on the right hand side of the page. Clicking this link will open up your report in a printer friendly format.
